Due to the handmade nature of our items, small imperfections are normal and, we believe, add a unique, one-of-a-kind charm to every piece: no two items will ever be exactly alike! In the event that your gift arrives with major damage or defect, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase. Please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery of any issues, including pictures if possible, so we can address your concerns and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Our items are handmade with love, and should be handled with love as well. Each piece ships attached to a care-instruction card to ensure lasting use. Most of our gifts are finished with resin to provide an extra layer of durability and protection. If properly cared for, they will last a lifetime.
We are aware that accidents happen, and our keys especially may not be our most carefully-tended possessions. If your item breaks within three months of receipt, please contact us immediately to discuss options for replacement. Any items damaged from normal wear-and-tear beyond this time frame will not be replaced or refunded, but you may always reach out to us to see if we can find a solution.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We cannot process refunds or replacements until we have received the defective item. We cannot accept returns unless we have been notified of the issue and buyer’s intent to return and come to an agreement on the best course of action.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Many of our items are personalized and may not be subject to a full refund. However, every situation is different and we will happily work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue in the best possible manner.
